“Mind your trash”

What are the jellyfish predators? Jellyfish are naturally eaten by seabirds, turtles, crabs, triggerfish, sharks and whales. So if you don’t mind about where your trash will end up, these marine life would mistaken your packaging as a jelly and consume them, causing suffocation, long starvation, and drowning.

We are sooooo excited to come back in August and invite you all on the Loch Lomond Day Retreat! Here’s the dates scheduled for a unique experience specially designed to connect with nature and develop an understanding of the importance of looking after ourselves and our world!

The experience runs as follow:
⛰️ Meet at Balmaha for an introduction to a stand-up paddleboarding session.
🏄‍♂️Start group paddling to Inchcailloch Island, an island that is only accessible by boats. It is beginner-friendly and very fun.
🧘🏽‍♀️A 50 mins vinyasa yoga session, meditating and stretching facing an unobstructed view of the lochs and mountains, lead by me, a qualified yoga instructor.
🥪Enjoy a homemade vegan lunch, don't miss the chance to taste the most delicious banana bread!
🏊‍♀️🥾 And with the rest of the time, we will go trekking on the island, wild swimming, just relax on the beach or anything you fancy doing!

We will supply the boards, paddles, life jackets and will coach and paddle with you throughout the session. Don't worry if you've never paddled before- being comfortable in the water is a must. Mega paddleboard is a 5m long and 2m wide board to fit 7 people so it is a very sturdy, stable, and exhilarating experience to paddle as a group.

What to bring: yourself, a yoga mat or towel, a bottle of water a set of dry clothes for the yoga session. Lunch is provided.
