Massive shout out

Adele has been putting in a fantastic amount of effort at boot camp & barbell class making great improvements on increasing cardiovascular Endurance & muscular endurance .

Adele's first bleep test was 6.5 she is now at 7.4πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
In the barbell class Adele started with the 15kg barbell and is now hitting her lifts with the 20 kg bar.
