There will be a stage in life where we all face adversity🚶🏽‍♂️

Doubt will creep in😕

Things may not be going to plan🤯

You may start to become overwhelmed😵‍💫

Take a minute 🧘🏼‍♂️

It is hard to appreciate how far you have came when you are constantly thinking about what’s next😅

Think of the first day of your very first job? Nervous, anxious and thrown in to the unknown feeling that you won’t be able to do it🙇🏽‍♂️

Fast forward a few months and what you used to stress about is now something that is second nature💁🏽‍♂️

Take time to appreciate yourself 😄

Take time to reflect 🪞

Take time to realise you are the best possible you that you can be right now 👏

How to get jacked in 24 hours 🤔‼️…

That’s right there is 24 hours between these “before and after photos” 😦

So how did I achieve these results?

The truth is there are no results here at all ❌

On the left I am completely relaxed, full of water, had just ate and had not moved much all day 🧎🏽‍♂️

On the right i had just trained, did not have any food for around 2 hours prior this photo, had consumed less water, different camera angle and the most important thing of all AMAZING LIGHTING(shoutout to for the best lighting 😂)

The main thing I would like to highlight is that on a daily basis we will look and feel very different 🤷🏽‍♂️

Focus on YOU 🤌🏻

It is easy to see other people’s progress and wonder “why can’t I do it” 🥲

The reality is that if you see anyone who has lost a lot of weight in a very small period of time it is likely more water weight and if the photos are like above then don’t be fooled 🙃

Fat loss will take time but if you are patient and consistent with the process you will achieve a real set of results you will be able to maintain 💪🏼

The keys to fat loss are:
•Being in a small calorie deficit ✅
•Aiming to get 7/8 hour quality sleep ✅
•Adequate water intake (1L per 20kg body weight) ✅
•Move more, set an achievable amount of steps, you can start by adding 2000 a day on to what you already do✅
•Get a training plan, results are best achieved when you work towards something with structure, if you don’t have a plan then it’s just a hope really…

This is the perfect example of why having a plan and being consistent will always deliver results 🔑

In 8 weeks Luke has dropped 1.6 Stone (11kg) 👏

What Luke didn’t do :

• Starve Himself ❌
• Train Everyday ❌
• Cut Out Alcohol and Junk Food Completely ❌

What Luke did do :

• Maintained A Calorie Deficit ✅
• Flexibly Ate / Enjoyed a Drink Every Now And Then Around his Calories ✅
• Trained 2/3 Per Week & Simply Just Moved More ✅
