I am now starting to do online coaching. It has become a really popular thing within the personal training industry and I thought I would give it a bash.
Online personal training targets people who don’t want to do the whole 1-2-1 basis sessions. It is suitable for everyone and I am really looking forward to starting.😁

This is a different post to a usual fitness one. This is post is about mental health.🧠
Coming from a personal experience, it’s not a good thing to keep how you are feeling cooked up and not letting anyone know. It will eat you up inside. If you are ever feeling down, just remember there is always a loved one or someone who cares about you will want to make sure you are okay. So tell them how you feel, once everything is off your chest, life gets that wee bit easier. 🗣
Surround yourself with people who care. Don’t waste your time with people who will get you down. Surround yourself with positivity, do the things you love❤️
I just want to make sure that all my friends, family and my followers are all okay. Just remember you don’t have to just message me about personal training but can message me about absolutely anything on how you are feeling. I will be here to listen🦻

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT🔦🔦
Matthew and I have been working for a good few months now. His journey started when he wanted to lose weight during the first lockdown and he done so doing outdoor running. He was shedding fat within weeks. He came to me knowing he still had a long way to go. The before picture was taking at the end of June and the after picture was taking last week. And he is now 2 stone lighter and his strength is building every session. His work-rate and motivation is one of the best I have seen. He still has a long way to go and he knows it.

As my last 2 taster sessions were a great success and because I had a good few people asking me for a slot.
I will now be running 1 hour taster sessions with myself every Saturday and Sunday at 9am in PureGym East Kilbride.
This is for people who find themselves struggling to find their motivation or are struggling to hit their goals.
Come along and I will give you a taste of what it’s like to work with me on a 1-2-1 basis.
And it’s the session is completely FREE🤯

MOTIVATIONAL POST👏
Do you find it difficult to get to the gym for a number of reasons?
1. You are anxious of the gym
2. You are scared of the gym
3. Feel like everyone is watching you
4. You don’t know what to do when you get there.
All these factors, I have personally been through myself. Before I became a personal trainer, I would never of thought to set foot in a gym. I was always scared people were watching me and talking about me during my workout. I had internal thoughts of “am I doing this right?”. I struggled.
To overcome this problem I had, I had to convince myself that the gym is created for anyone and everyone. I convinced myself that everyone in the gym is in the gym for their own reasons. Mine were to lose weight and build muscle🤷♂️, other people were to gain fitness or tone up.
If you feel these problems, you should convince yourself these reasons too. If you still have these problems after trying to convince yourself,
That’s where I come in, as a personal trainer that’s where I make the gym a better and enjoyable environment for people who struggle from gym anxiety.
I ensure that you do convince yourself that when you are training with me, that no one else is watching.
I will help you stay motivated right up until the end of your programme. I will ensure that you will be more than confident enough to walk into the gym yourself and do a full workout without feeling anxious at all.
I will ensure you see results in a reasonable period of time and will definitely put you through your paces.

I am looking for 5 females to join a programme that I am wanting to start the week of the 26th of July. The programme will last the total of 60 days and will end on the 20th of September. So 8 weeks of hard work and graft.
The programme includes -
• 2 30 minute classes a week. That will be focused on losing weight and toning muscle on every area of the body.
• Sessions will vary from a hard HIIT workout to a BodyTone workout.
• Both sessions will be done as a group.🏋️♀️
• Everyone will receive a nutritional plan that will be personally made to suit you.🥗
• Everyone will be placed in a group chat together with myself to discuss the plan of action for the following week ahead.📱

Do you find it difficult to get up and go to the gym?🤔
Do you always say “I’ll just go tomorrow”?🤷♂️
Motivation to get yourself up and go to the gym is the biggest step towards starting your fitness journey.
If you are finding it difficult to find that motivation, here are some tricks to improve it -
1. Getting yourself into a routine, try go to the gym the same days every week💪🏼
2. Make small goals for yourself every week. Whether that being walking an extra 20000 steps that week👣
3. Reward yourself at the end of the month, so you have something to look forward to after your months training🍕🍗
4. Get yourself out your comfort zone, try new exercises, try new equipment🏋️
These easy steps are to follow and once you have done them, you will have the motivation to bypass your fitness goals and keep on going.👏

Transformation post💪🏽
Myself and Rebecca have been working together since march and since then she has completely transformed her body, diet and exercise routine and has really transformed her life for the better.

Hey guys,
As of this Monday, I will be running 1-2-1 and group zoom call sessions which will last 30 minutes long.
These sessions are for anyone and anyone is welcome. If you are worrying you aren't working out enough because of work for example then these are the ones for you.
It will consist of high intensity work and will be a quick fix for you.
