7 months in and 10kg gone forever 👋🏻
Zoe joined the team just before christmas looking for a little direction with training and routine. This then turned into her hot girl summer goal ☀️🏋️♀️
The goal was to hit that 10kg mark before she takes off on her world cup trip and we did it with a week to spare 💪🏼

Just finished up our final check ins of May and its been another incredible month on the team! 🔥
So many wins, lessons and personal improvements which I cant wait to share.
Kicked off the month with a little personal reset trip before we head into busy season ✨🇬🇧
This months sessions have been TOUGH with the return of boxing week but the girls have smashed them. 🌶️
Had our team circuits session as per our monthly meet up 💪🏼
And finished up the month with a sunny park run 🏃🏽♀️
Our client of the month had to be 👏🏻 The mindset on this girl has been unshakeable the entire month. Ticking every single box whilst finishing up her final weeks of uni. A motivation for us all 🔥
Ready for another big month at the team - kicking off with our Kiltwalk on Sunday 🤩🚶🏽♀️
