has been fantastic to work with and has been able to achieve amazing results training at home during lockdown 🙌🏻 she is accountable and honest and always gives good feedback around her training and diet that helps me adjust things if need be! How we think weight loss works vs how weight loss actually works!
Many of us are guilty of thinking that weight loss is simple and linear. Unfortunately this just isn’t the case!
The picture on the right is real life results from my client who has now lost over 10kg since we started back in the summer 👏🏻👏🏻
You can see that the trend on the graph is far from linear, with many peaks and troughs but the trend of the line overall is that of a decline 📉
It’s really easy to give up when we don’t see things going the way we want or expect them to.
But the important thing is to trust and enjoy the process, focus on the actions and not the outcomes and to remain patient and persevere even when things don’t seem to be going the way you planned!
Nicole herself has had to deal with lockdown, working 12 hours shifts, gyms opened then closed again 🤯 she’s moved house, changed jobs, had tough weeks and still been able to work hard, remain disciplined and consistently make amazing progress 🤩📉
Whatever your goal is - make commitment your priority and trust the process 🙌🏻
