Sometimes in our fitness journey, we feel like giving up it's normal.

We are changing a lot that we aren't used to, getting the right amount of calories, getting a good night's sleep (whatever that is) eating loads of protein, can't drink alcohol, needing to train all the time and this is just day 4 of the week!! (jokes)

Remember, when you first started your change, your mission was to get healthier, lose a few pounds or challenge yourself and you had the motivational bug.

NOTHING WAS STOPPING YOU!

Over time, you slowly started regressing back to your old habits and then for one week you stopped training, stopped eating the right amount of foods then BOOM.

2,3, 6 months later you notice there's a change!

It's more common than you think, so you aren't alone.

You can't go back and change that first week but I can assure you, you can start again!

You know what you need to do, you know how you did it you just need that little push.

So, this is your push.

Though you cannot go back and start again, you can start from now and have a brand new end!
