Im afraid due to circumstances we are now shut.

Hard pill to swallow but Im so so thankful for everyone who has been apart of Hart Fitness.

Closing Early ( Saturday 23rd October)

Hart fitness will be closing earlier than expected, we will be closing this Saturday coming.

I understand its sooner than I said but its for the best in my current situation.

I will be in contact to you all tonight and look forward to seeing you for our last week.❤️

HART FITNESS WILL BE CLOSING ITS DOORS 31st OCTOBER 🥲

It makes me sad to write this and comes a lot sooner than I imagined but as it was mental health week I feel it’s the right time, time to put me and Sean first (something iv not done for over a year) ❤️

I started this chapter of my life to help people grow mentally and physically but now I feel it’s time to do it for myself. I can’t thank you all enough for the support over the past year and a half. ❤️

I promise we will be back but right now it’s time to take my own advice and look after me 😊

Classes will still be on for the next two weeks and I will message all our members with memberships tonight and tomorrow .

Let’s smash the next two weeks team 💪
