So proud! An incredible transformation from my client Adam who only started doing PT since February!

At the start of his journey, Adam was 14 stone 5, and is now 13stone 1! 8 kilos weight loss & body fat drop ๐ŸŽ‰

Me & Carla have worked together previously, achieving fantastic results โœจ

With new goals, she is back smashing her training sessions. Lifting her BW on deadlifts & hip thrusts easily now.

This month, I have started coaching at Sports, Life, Work in Rutherglen / Kings Park ๐Ÿ“

No enough plates to increase volume/overload to your workouts ? You want to avoid spending crazy money online for equipment ? ๐Ÿคช
Hereโ€™s the trick! ๐Ÿช„

Iโ€™ve been using my resistance bands for my main lifts such as Deadlifts,Bent-over rows, Hip-Thrusts & Overhead press. And .. I can feel it just as much the next day ๐Ÿ˜ Even from home!

Once the resistance starts to feel easier, all you have to do is change the band for a thicker one for more resistance, that way, you are still applying progression and making your workouts more challenging & sweaty ๐Ÿฅต ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

I have bought those bands on Amazon during the first lockdown for ยฃ35, 100% worth it guys ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

Full-body stretch with a resistance band ๐ŸŒŸ

Grab your resistance band and have a go at those stretches. Great to improve your mobility and get those tight muscles loosened off.

Hip flexors are most commonly to be affected. Working from home means that you arenโ€™t moving your body and standing up from your desk as often as you would probably be doing in normal times at work. My advice for you would be to do some lower body stretches 2 to 3 times per week.

Carly's 10 days - 100KM 13/04/2020

What we are going through โ€œSelf-isolationโ€ isnโ€™t easy for anyone. Most of us have loving families, partners, friends that we all appreciate the company and support that we give to each other while this hard time. ๐Ÿ’›

Unfortunately, there are some families who arenโ€™t experiencing this at home the same way as we do,and espicially while lockdown.

Since the start of the Covid-19 crisis, there has been a 700% increase in calls to โ€œRefugeโ€ helpline in a single day. it is important to take a minute to think about the situation and imagine ourselves into those peopleโ€˜s lives. ๐Ÿ’ญ

From tomorrow, I will be running 10K every day for 10 days to support and help women, men, children who are living / isolating with their domestic abuser. ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ
