The Swordbreakers undertook Tabata training tonight and with 32 rounds in total - the boys will be dreaming about burpees for days to come

Finished with a team plank as well as a striking challenge

Some of our Swordbreakers took some time to take advantage of the bank holiday weekend ⚔️🍻

With the Leodis Cup now behind us, our Swordbreakers were back to the grind tonight ⚔️

We had a great time at the The Leodis Cup - thank you to the organisers and Marshals for facilitating such a great tournament - we look forward to it being a staple in the UK Buhurt scene ⚔️

Today our Swordbreakers attended the Leodis Cup ⚔️

The tournament brought together some of the very best teams in the UK, and after a series of hard fought battles, our fighters gave it everything they had and proudly secured 3rd place 🥉💪

Huge respect to every team we faced today and massive congratulations to our fighters for leaving it all on the field!

Tremendous day to be had at the Medieval Lanark event today. Thank you Discover Lanark for asking us to come along and put on a display!

Our fighters turned up in force to put on a show - thank you also to our friends The Infernal Unicorns and Edinburgh Armoured Combat Team for participating as well.

Final thank you to our dedicated support, without which the day would not have ran so smoothly!

Tonights focus began on building our gas tanks with a HIIT blast 💥

Then we circled into some duelling with Lanark Medieval fest this Saturday 🛡️

To finish off the night, we jumped into some 2v2s ⚔️

Next competition of our season is the Leodis Cup next month and we are ready to go 💪⚔️
