Good evening everyone.
So it’s been a while since I’ve connected and to be honest this was a message I didn’t want to have to share.

Unfortunately the class will no longer be running. This is a honest post to you all, as I was not injured I have in fact been signed off my work since October! It’s something I never thought I’d ever deal with but my mental health really deteriorated

I’m now starting to feel stronger and getting back to myself but with circumstances changing with my husbands work I’ve really had to re-evaluate my working week.

I have only ever run this class out of enjoyment and I am so disappointed that it’s coming to an end. I just know I can’t continue to juggle this, my teaching job, the kids and a house renovation!

I am forever grateful to all you lovely ladies that came along and I am so sorry again it’s ended so abruptly!

I hope to see you all in the local area! Don’t let this be the end of your fitness journey! Keep going!

I’ve cancelled my Gymcatch subscription so i have unable to get my email list back. So apologies!

Hello everyone. Hope you’re all well and looking forward to the holiday season.
I know I’ve not been updating for a wee while so wanted to check in.
Due to varying reasons the class will remain off until the new year. I’m taking some time to heal an rest but hope to be back mid january.
Hope you all understand and appreciate your patience.

Cancellation of Class- I’m so sorry gus but the class will be temporarily suspended as I’ve suffered an Injury which doctors says I need to rest for likely 6 weeks!
Gutted but I’ll keep you all Posted on here!
