One concern we hear all too often…
“I’m worried it’ll be too hard”
“I’ll just wait until I’m a bit fitter”
But for many people, the fear isn’t actually exercise itself - it’s a fear of being the unfittest person in the room.
Truth is, effort is always relative. What might seem hard for one person, could be a warm up for another. And has exactly how it should be.
Most of our members either hadn’t trained in years or never at all before they joined us.
But they didn’t need to get fitter before they started.
Getting started is what actually helped them get fitter!
