Recently I’ve been trying to experiment a bit more with frame bag shapes- having always tried to keep things simple its interesting to see what happens.

This one turned out really well - the customer needed to fit a large cooking pot in the lower section. This meant that the main section looked like it was going to be quite small, so I decided to treat the upper section like it was a half frame bag and maximise its volume.

This one was really special - A lovely custom for a Solaris.

A mix of X-Pac Rx30 Evergreen and Vx21 Coyote with a hot pink lining and lots of pockets.

Teeny Tiny little frame wedge - I had a break from some full frame bags for this bright little frame wedge.
Enough space for some spares, some tools and maybe a snack.

Anything from Teeny Tiny to Mega Massive frame bags are available as customs - this bag measures up around 20cm x 15cm, and comparatively, a 55cm x 42cm whopper was sent off to a customer recently. 🎣

A slightly unusual take on a bike check… this is the bike and kit, at the end of the Hellenic Mountain Race, the course was absolutely brutal on both me and the bike, we had intense sun, driving rain and the kind of mud you don’t expect to find outside of Scotland! Thankfully I took my Rapide Fs, which is an incredibly capable 100mm full suspension bike, it climbed like a billy goat and descended with the stability of a much longer travel bike!
I used the prototype handlebar harness system, and the prototype saddle rail mounted seat pack, both of which performed well and should be ready for release soon. The frame and top tube bag were made from ecopak and designed to fit around this full suspension frame without interference and were fixed with a shock cord lace that held everything in place on some very fast, rough descents. 2 stem bags rounded out the setup allowing me to keep plenty of food close to hand,(amazingly I forget to eat when I’m riding).
Other notable features were some 3d printed components for the Dynamo lighting and charging setup, allowing me to switch from lighting to charging on the fly with a bar mounted switch.
