Just a lil reminder that going to the gym and training doesn’t always have to be about losing weight ✨
Go to the gym for strength. Go to feel strong, to progress, to hit a new number. Build robustness, discipline and resilience - the kind of strength that actually changes how you live.
You can’t spend the whole year in a deficit chasing a look without burning out and feeling rubbish. For me, the best part of bodybuilding is getting stronger: lifting heavier, progressing each week and developing my physique through building, not restriction.
Stop dieting because that’s what society expects or because it’s the default answer when you sign up to a coach. Flip the mindset to: I want to feel good and feel strong - looking good will follow 😇
A still got a couple of 1-2-1 PT spaces left before the end of the year. Message me for all my details x

3.5 weeks post show vs peak week 👉🏼
It’s giving ✨she’s reversing well whilst also enjoying daily pastries✨
I can’t lie and say I’ve not been tempted to jump into one of the end of season shows (I loveeee this look) but I know in my heart I want to win my pro card when I’m at a pro standard and could compete against pros
A status wouldn’t change who I am as an athlete and my work ethic, dedication and discipline
Big glute season is fast approaching

Prep Week 4 ✔️
0.4kg drop this week, so down to 63.4kg. After 3 weeks of 1.5kg losses, things are definitely slowing down, but my measurements are down, and I’m looking a little tighter too.
Fatigue has been hitting hard, but honestly, I think it’s just my luteal phase doing its thing 🙃hoping my energy picks up again soon. Performance has been a bit off, and of course, I’m getting in my own head about it but it should improve soon.
Between studying for an exam, working two jobs, and ✨prep✨, life is a lil crazy rn. Grateful that my body is staying responsive despite the stress, and looking forward to June to finally give myself room to breathe. Actually debating taking up yoga :)))
The only change this week is adding FEVER (a natural fat burner). Not sure if it’s just a placebo, but smashed level 10 on the stairmaster this morning and didn’t even feel out of breath :)))

Prep Week 3 ✔️
Weight is still dropping—now down under 64kg 🙂
Last time, my stage weight was probably around 52/53kg (though I stopped weighing, so I don’t actually know). Hoping to step on stage this year around 54/55kg hopefully with the muscle I’ve built, but we’ll see how it plays out 😇
Measurements are all down, waist is coming in nicely. Not loving that my hip measurement is dropping (goodbye gluteeees), but reminding myself that a lot of fat sits there, so it’s gotta go.
Still running the same food and cardio setup for now—check-in today, so we’ll see what Dan says. Really hoping my body adjusts to the lower food soon because, hungry 🙂
Getting into the flow of things for the next little bit until the fun part starts and I actually FEEL lean. Long way to go, but we’re moving.
ALSO, I had my bikini consultation yesterday to pick my color for this season. Not gonna lie, I tried on like five and still haven’t decided. Got a couple of weeks to think it over, but Suz was amazing—she made me try on colors I hadn’t even considered, and I low-key fell in love with them x also got a posing bikini from the queen so check-ins are gonna be levelling up soon

Prep week 1 thoughts
- Ready for my waist to leave the chat
- Praying I’ve built some density in these glutes and it’s not just BF 🥹
Down 1.6kg this week. I don’t expect this rate of loss every week, but it’s a great sign that my body is responding well and ready for prep.
The first couple of days were a total drag—thank you, period—but things are picking up now. Energy levels are high, hunger isn’t too bad, and I’m feeling good overall.
Current setup:
- 25 minutes Stairmaster, 4 times a week
- 12k steps daily
I’m really pleased that my thyroid is in a good place right now. I’ll be getting a full blood panel done in the next couple of weeks to check everything else too.
I’ll be sharing more in-depth updates over on , so come follow along to see my journey and those of other amazing athletes!

“You’ve just got good genetics”
You sure? 😅
Well, no - my genetics for building glutes aren’t too bad. But it certainly hasn’t been easy.
I just wish I had started working on myself years sooner than I did 🩷

Off-season week g0d knows what 🤪
Currently sitting at 66kg, which is 4-5kg heavier than my last off-season weight. Despite that, I’m feeling just as confident, if not more, at this weight.
Decided against a mini-cut and just maintaining this weight (ish) until prep starts, adding in a bit of extra food where we can.
The final push is likely until the end of March, with a possible pre-prep in April and proper prep starting in May.
Planning shows around September/October, but nothing is set in stone—just going to play it by ear.
I do have the fear that this prep isn’t going to be as easy as the last but willing to just take it how it comes and not stress.
Didn’t want to mini-cut a month ago, but seeing everyone lean is making me itch to start prepping sooner. We’ll see 🫣
Currently on a 3-4 day de-load because my mental was struggling, but I’m already itching to get back to the gym tomorrow 🤩
Last big push now 🚀
