Listen, I’d be lying if I said it was easy to get yourself moving and on an upwards trajectory… 📈
Things like work, friends, family, the weekend even can get in the way of you improving yourself and reaching they lifelong fitness goals.
In order to get yourself out of this standstill period in your life, taking small steps that you can be consistent with will go a long way.
Things as small as going out walking every night, prepping all of your meals for the week so you don’t eat rubbish, going out of your comfort zone and trying something new at the gym etc. These things can go a long way in regards to getting you out of that standstill…
This is where I come in… as a coach I pride myself on training my clients with intensity and ensuring we improve week in week out. I am there to hold you accountable.

Training with Intensity (hard work) and Purpose (goals in mind)
This is one thing I neglected when I first started lifting, I went into the gym and did my sessions off the top of my head and hoped for the best. 😂
This may work at the start and you’ll get some beginner progress but when you actually understand training hard and have goals in mind, your progress can skyrocket. 🚀
In these 2 photos the comparison may not seem that impressive to some of you but the difference in my strength and mindset has been night and day. 📈
Morale of the story is:
- Train hard in the gym, give 100%
- Set specific goals:
Short
Mid term
Long term
You’ll feel a million times better and progress will speak for itself. 🙌🏼

Start of 2023 vs End of 2023
A wee reflection on the progression I’ve made so far this year, got a little bit wider. 😁
Just enjoying the process and ticking off the boxes to get to where I want to be this time next year. ✅
Just shows you what back equipment does to a man😂
having my logbook has held me accountable for all my sessions and eating good has been another variable to improving my back this past year. 📈
