Amazing results from my 1-1 client Amber🙌🏽
Amber came to me last June as she was struggling to drop body fat. We then slowly brought calories down and upped expenditure. Amber has not had to over restrict but some sacrifices always have to be made to some extent when looking to drop body fat.
Amber has dropped a crazy 10kg but over a 12 month period. Slow and steady wins the race 💪🏽 Very proud coach😍

Diet for holiday in full swing now. 🥳☀️
11 weeks of ticking every box. Every day.
Calories at 1800. Steps 10k. 90min cardio per week.
Food will probs be dropped and cardio upped as we progress. Buzzing to see what I can achieve in the next few months. I’m in a completely different headspace with food than I have been when I’ve previously leaned out.

How important is it to surround yourself with people who support your goals?
IMO it’s make or break to me achieving my own goals. There is already so much temptation to overeat/drink you don’t need someone else in your ear trying to convince you! You should never be made to feel guilty about having a goal that requires some sacrifice (whether that be a physique goal or something else).
Being asked ‘what are you dieting for? You look fine!’ Or anything else along those lines is not helpful to anyone. If your partner/friends/parents/anyone in your close circle doesn’t support you, try to explain WHY you’re doing what you’re doing and how important it is to you to reach this goal. If they don’t still don’t understand…f**k them🤣
