π§ββοΈFive day meditation challenge π§ββοΈ
If you find yourself feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or your mind is in overdrive you could try meditating & here is how π§ββοΈ
Find a quiet space
Sit comfortably either on a chair with your feet flat on the floor or on your bottom with a wall behind you
As long as your comfortable
Keep your spine straight
Cover your shoulders with a blanket
Close your eyes
Relax your shoulders
& breath in & out through your nose
Begin to count each breath as feel the breath pass the tip of your nose
Say to yourself as you breath in
Breath in One
And as you breath out
Breath out one
Repeat
Breath in two
Breath out two & so on until you reach the number seven
Then begin counting again starting at number one repeating the same sequence until you reach the number fourteen
Then begin again until you reach the number twenty one
If you lose count start at the beginning
Set a timer for one minute before you begin
Try & keep both the in breath & out breath an even length
and smile - no pressure - no judgement - just sitting quietly allowing thoughts to pass - not engaging with me - simply watching quietly

At last I tried out my beautiful soap moulds - using Shea Butter with lavender essential oil πͺ»
I will be making more using Lemongrass, Cinnammon stick & Bergamot essential oil & hopefully more eye masks to sell for wee Xmas pressies as a set.
I will be giving each of my menopause yoga ladies one on Thursday for their feedback & appreciation π you know you are
