2 babies, a full time job, starting her own business, running the house and MAKES TIME FOR IT ALL! ✅

My VERY OWN 10kg loss journey! 🥹
The last year or so? A poor effort from me. 🤦🏼♀️
I’ve been stressed out, knackered, never bothering to prep my food, and on and off with my training thanks to a bad back.❤️🩹
Not being able to train properly was brutal. I’m used to lifting heavy and pushing myself, so being forced to do the bare minimum felt pointless. It was demotivating, and some days I didn’t bother at all. 🤷🏼♀️
That turned into me just not caring — giving up on the things I could control — and it really took its toll on how I felt and how I looked.
But as soon as I booked this year’s holidays, I knew I couldn’t show up feeling like I did in 2024. That was the push I needed to get the ball rolling again. 👙
Even if my training wasn’t perfect, I took back control where I could. There’s no perfect time, and I let myself fall into the trap of thinking “what’s the point, I’ll never look like I did as a bikini athlete in 2021”. 🪤
But heres the thing: if it’s going to be better than where you are now, mentally & physically, even if it’s not your best-ever shape — still show up for your health at least! 💕
If you’ve been in the same place — stuck, demotivated, waiting for the ‘right time’ — trust me, it’s possible to turn it around.❤️🔥

Working with has been so rewarding! She has been so dedicated from the start yielding her so far a total loss of 27kgs and 42.5 inches.
Joy couldn’t do a bodyweight split squat when she first started… now we laugh about those days. Joy currently enjoys 3 gym sessions per week and chases massive strength gains, always striving for great performance!
Things Joy has done to get to where she is:
✅ Focused on her heavy weight training
✅ Building diet habits needed to see change
✅ Light cardio at the end of her sessions
✅ Daily step targets
✅ Be a legend who trusted me
Well done Joy, I can’t wait to see how much more confident & strong you become 💕

Katie has worked very hard in and out of the gym! 🏋🏼♀️
We’ve gone through a big diet to bring her a completely transformed body that she feels much more comfortable in! ☺️
Katie wasn’t feeling quite great about taking a pic prior to coaching (which is fine, I never force it) but now SHE wanted these photos because she has worked so hard and looking & feeling FANTASTIC 🥰
Katie has had learning curves around nutrition & training that I know most people struggle with … but is proudly 13kg & 25 inches down since she reached out for help! 👏

Incase anyone wondered … Joys out here smashing it! 🤩
Joy has reduce her bodyweight by 16.4kg AND lost 28.5 inches in 19 weeks 🥳
AND has much better movement in her day to day life 🤸♀️
She is so strong in the gym, DETERMINED and is radiating a newfound confidence 🤩
