After a slight delay, the season has officially come to an end for our D2 squad.
A strong mid season run put Eagles in a good position as three teams stayed close at the top.
Now the final results have been confirmed, Eagles have secured top spot! 🏆🦅💙
It has been a positive year for the squad, building on our second place finish from last season, the credit going to all the players who have competed this season.
Finally, thank you to all the teams we have faced. It’s been another competitive and enjoyable year in the SLBA!
Now, we look forward to what comes next for this team… 🏀

Div4 news:
Well our div 4 men were unable to clinch first place in the league this year after a nail biting 2 game finals run.
However now the regular season is finished over a 12 game run, the top spots for the leagues top scorers have been totted up and announced to all teams/coaches.
It’s with great pleasure we would like to announce that 2 Eagles have secured a top 5 spot finish as the leagues highest scorers.
3rd place is Kevin Eden, averaging 17.4ppg over an 11 game run in the regular season.
Kev was a constant offensive force this year with some great outside shooting and his classic aggressive play style keeping a spark alive for the whole team.
And secondly
1st place was taken by none other than our very own Vice captain Josh Stokes, averaging 21.4ppg over just a 10 game regular season
Josh as always was a consistent scoring force with his classic unorthodox offensive style making him a nightmare for defenders.
Very well done to both players & we hope you will all congratulate them with us!
