When I started training Sarah, her back was causing her a lot of pain and discomfort. The flare ups were weekly. We recently had a conversation about when the last time she seen her chiropractor was and she couldn’t remember. Previously it had been weekly.
Sarah’s pain and discomfort have reduced dramatically and we are still on working on strengthening her back. After her holiday to Canada she suffered no pain or discomfort on the 8+ hour flight. This is a massive win as in the past sitting for an hour or 2 would have flared up her back.
It’s taken time and consistency to get where we are but the difference is like night and day and the results speak for themselves.

This is NOT a 12 week transformation.
This is 2 years of consistent weight training, high step count and phases of tracking calories going in and out of a deficit, maintenance and a surplus.
It took 6 months to lose around 2 stone on the scales. We reached this goal in August 2021.
Then we really started focusing on body recomposition, building more muscle and progressive overload. Although the scales have roughly stayed the same, inches are still being lost all over.
The changes in the first 6 months were fantastic. But instead of reaching our goal and falling off the wagon like had happened so many times before, we kept pushing.
The changes over the next year were undeniable.
Another 6 months on, now approaching 2 years of weight training and I cannot say how proud I am.
This took a lot of hard work and determination but it has been the consistency that has broken the mould here.
I think the results speak for themselves.
Trust the process. Play the long game.
