Things always seem better with a tan 😍

With summer fast approaching there’s no better time to start your heath & fitness journey than now!

At some point you’re going to have to be honest with yourself about the gap between the life you want to live and the life your daily habits are leading you towards!

What you consistently do every day is the most accurate documentation of what matters to you and what doesn't. If you want to see what your priorities really are, all you have to do is study where you spend your time.

You can view spending on health & fitness as either an Expense or an Investment!
If you choose to see it as an Investment you’re going to find it easier to prioritise the necessary resources that you need for a sustainable lifestyle.

And, if you're expecting a coach to be able to make you do something that you don't actually want to do you’re sadly mistaken!
YOU need to take responsibility for your own actions, no one can make you do anything you don’t want and let’s be serious if that was actually the case you would’ve already done it by now 👀

But the good news is if you are ready to make that change & have decided enough is enough then how good are you going to feel when you pull out that summer wardrobe and things are fitting better, you feel fitter & healthier, your confidence has shot up all because you got tired of your own bu****it & decided to ACTION?!

Sorry been a bit quiet on here the last wee while so here’s a little update, I got eye surgery at the end of Jan & have been recovering from that but also ended up getting shingles too so that was fun 🤣🙈 but I’m now technically back to my old self but just a new & improved upgraded version 🥰 the surgery has been life changing & I can’t wait for you all to see what comes next! 💕

And so it’s begins, 23’ goals have officially commenced! 💃🏻

Every year this is on the goal list & every year it’s the first thing to go in terms of training & consistency especially when I’m short on time but this year is going to be different as

1. It’ll work in well with Cali especially adding those to the handstands that are getting nailed this year along with spins (had a little go at those bad boys the day)
2. It’s not just me that wants to boom them out so having multiple people to be accountable to will also help keep me on track
3. There’s some things that’s going to be going on in the background this year that the splits will be perfect for 👀

Yesterday after a 2 1/2 year wait I now have my combined boxing cpd qualification 🥊
If anyone knows me knows I love all sorts of mixed martial arts so to now be able to add boxing into my arsenal has me very excited 🤩

On another note today was my first shift shift at JDs where I took my first ever classes in which I was well nervous especially for the 2nd one but took to it like a duck to water & found out that I really enjoy shouting at people 🤣

Over the last wee while I’ve not been my usual self and it became very clear a few weeks ago how low I had gotten while I was at the competition , if you know anything about me you know I’m hyper & love being at events, meeting new people, cheering people on & generally just having a good ol time to myself but that weekend was different. I hit a wall on Sat arvo & usually would bounce back fairly quickly which didn’t happen to the point when a squad of us went out for dinner afterwards I was extremely quiet & barely spoke (defo not me at all 🤣 👀)

Needless to say I had nothing left the rest of the weekend & was on a major comedown on the Monday which I do experience regularly after awesome weekends but this was worse & to be fair there were other factors involved that contributed to that but it got me thinking of why I’m feeling that way, feeling socially drained which I’ve never felt before & I came to the conclusion that working from home as slowly been chipping away at me & I hadn’t realised.

I love having my own gym & love my clients but working from home everyday only interacting with them & the 6am club up in Everlast has clearly took its toll.

I knew I had to take action & get myself back in the game so I’m excited to announce that I’m now also going to be PTing in JD gyms in Coatbridge 🤩

Absolutely buzzing out my bin to be in a completely brand new gym with awesome equipment 😎
let the gains commence 💪🏼
