If you’ve seen my story post about raw and unedited videos over chopped and cut videos this is what I mean.

Here’s a session I done for on ring control before his last k1 fight. Lots of small details in here I like and it’s cool watching him pick it up as the video goes on.

Brilliant experience to be coaching alongside my own coach for the last 5 months.

All these guys came in at 6am, 5 days a week to learn MMA and competed against each other at the end. The improvement from start to finish was very impressive. Proud of them all.

I’m starting less intense groups at PureGym Charing Cross, more aimed at self defence than competition. There’s 4 time slots, you’ll get to chose between 2 of them and pay monthly. First class is free. Only 5 spaces left, message me to get involved asap 🤙

Great work today with practicing her Muay Thai Combos

Do you find cardio boring? Muay Thai Kickboxing is a brilliant way to exercise. It’s much more engaging than the tedious treadmill workouts that have became industry standard. Learn a useful life skill while you train!

Rest Time is an important aspect of your workout, especially for performance training

Endurance training should have around 30s rest.
Muscle Building (Hypertrophy) should have around 90s rest.
Strength Training should have at least 2 Minutes rest, as it is also training the Nervous System, which takes longer to recover.
