Video Analysis Example
Andrea was experiencing a pain in her lower back whenever she squatted. We were able to find and correct the fault through a small adjustment to her starting position. We then moved onto her shoulder pain and lack of feeling in her right lat during back exercises.

Stage 1 - Video Analysis
Scopes: 5 Separate Issues
Process:
- We’ll discuss what issues you are suffering from and would like help with.
- You’ll send a video of demonstrating the movement that’s causing you pain
- I then analyse it, pin point the source then send back a detailed explanation of what I see caking with how to correct it.
- If necessary I will also send back a video to better explain the form correction.
Stage 2 - FaceTime Call
Duration: 30 minutes

Hi all,
Here are some tips to help improve your productivity and keep your sanity during lockdown.
Work Segregation:
Designate a single spot in your home to do work from. Whilst working from home you want to minimise how much it spills over into your home life.
Eating Routine:
Plan out your eating to give you energy when you want it rather than randomly throughout day. Example mealtimes: 10am, 1pm, 4pm and 7pm.
Time Outside:
Find what times are quiet in your area and spend time outside during those. Go for a 30 minute walk and tell me you don’t feel better than if you lay in bed or on the couch for the same period of time.
Decreasing Carbohydrate Intake:
Carbs are what our bodies use for short term energy production. Due to more time spent indoors and less general activity a slower release of energy may be more beneficial. Decreasing your carb intake and increasing your fat intake may potentially improve concentration and prevent energy spikes.
Baths for Relaxation and Recovery:
Swapping to warm baths w.added Epsom Salt if you have it, can help relax tight muscles along with giving you time to decompress.
