Same Weight - Totally Different Mindset! 💭
Yeah the physical transformation feels amazing but for me the mental transformation is what keeps me going
Went from feeling depressed as hell and having no purpose or drive to feeling the best I’ve felt in years
Don’t get me wrong it’s not been plain sailing 😣
There’s been ups and downs, weeks where I can’t be assed training or sticking to my diet plan but then I think back to how I used to feel
This is just the start of my journey - nowhere near where I want to be yet but we’ll get there I have no doubts about it 📈💪🏽

The shred continues 📉
Client Matt now a couple weeks into his reverse diet and getting even more peeled 🔪
Calories are slowly coming up towards maintenance level but we’re not wanting to increase them too quickly and end up putting too much fat on
We’ve got him down to a solid base to really push his gaining phase for a good amount of time and maintain good condition for as long as possible 💪🏽

💥 12 Week Physique Update 💥
Online client Kirsty’s Fat Loss Phase 📉
6.8kg scale weight dropped ✅
Stronger & leaner ✅
From struggling with consistency, not being able to say no to nights out and generally not feeling her best to feeling the most confident and happy she’s been in a long time 🤩
Kirsty has been great to work over the last 12 weeks and her discipline has been second to none. She focused fully on her training and nutrition despite having a busy work/ family life.

💥 4 Week Physique Update 💥
1-2-1 client Fat Loss Phase so far 📉
2.1kg scale weight dropped ✅
3 inches lost around the stomach ✅
Stronger & more confident ✅
Holiday Ready ✅
Annushka came to wanting to get in shape for her upcoming holiday. With there only being 4 full weeks I told her it wouldn’t be easy as this is such a short timeframe, but with 100% commitments results are definitely possible
She decided to go for 3 sessions a week so I could really push her in those sessions and maximise her expenditure 🏋🏽
We completely changed her diet which made her go from feeling sluggish and tired most days to having a lot more energy and being more productive 🍎🥦🤸🏽♀️
Despite being in a calorie deficit her weights have doubled in all exercises since starting and her confidence in the gym has gone up tenfold 💪🏽
This just goes to show what can be achieved in such a short period of time if you’re willing to put the time and effort in 🤩
When she’s back from her holiday we’ll assess where she’s at and push further 📉

I know firsthand the difference it makes. I couldn't list the amount of times I've tried to get in shape then 3/4 weeks down the line I go out for food which leads to having a few drinks thinking it's fine it's only one day.
But then that one day happens again... and again. Next thing I know I'm back to square one wondering why l'm making no progress.
The best thing I done was get a coach that would hold me accountable week in week out, when things got tough and I couldn't be assed. That allowed me make the progress I always wanted 💯
That's why I work closely with clients to help them set realistic goals, create a plan of action, and stay accountable every step of the way 📈💪🏽
