Next 4 week gymnastics block is….
MUSCLE UP FOUNDATIONALS

If you want to be soaring over those rings / bar you need close to 5+ strict pull ups and dips.

Over the next 4 weeks we’ll be building on dip strength, pull up strength, core, push + pull accessory.

This is a great chance to build some pre requisite strength for all your gymnastics.

Super excited to help people progress here 🥳

I also do online programming and in person PT so if you can’t make class but looking to progress these skills drop me a message!

Second 4 week gymnastics block complete!

This focus was on all things handstands.

EVERYONE here improved their strict HSPU volume from week one and alongside we had lots of increased range of motion reps, first kipping Hspu, and first handstand walk steps!!

No pressure 😆

Cormac gave me a new goal last week, PR a 5.8km race in 12 weeks. So that’s exactly what we’re building towards!!

I’ve now worked with Cormac since 2021 and we’ve peaked for many races. He’s also built from a 40kg bench press to 75 for a triple. Lots of fun blocks and HUNDREDS of gym sessions completed already, super excited to see where he can get to on this one 🤩

Very proudly welcoming Erinne back into the team and giving you a look at how I’ve been building her program going into spring.

Erinne worked with me 2024-25 before taking a 6 month break to travel, move, and settle into a new job. She’s been consistently doing classes but has been missing that specific weakness work.

Here’s a guide on how I’ve built her program in a way that’s going to help her chase her goals but still enjoy training and a balanced life around that. Main goals are highlighted in the post but we’ve also got side quests such as overhead squat stability and press endurance mixed through the accessory work.

That’s a 135kg belt free deadlift btw 👀

Huge range of goals across the team at the moment which is so much fun! We’ve got quarterfinals athletes, running s and c athletes, and clients who just want to get a bit stronger and feel a bit more confident.

Shared (with permission!) feedback from a range of these so you can see some of the different types of wins possible.

This is also a mix of full time and skill focus people. Lots of these guys still take part in classes at great gyms as part of their progress!
