The journey to a black belt in any martial art requires a lot of patience and dedication. Dani is the second Jissenkai kickboxing student to successfully reach it after spending more than four years in it. His attendance rate of 93% during that time and his contribution as an assistant instructor are commendable.

This kickboxing workout is specifically designed for ladies over the age of 45.
It is tailored to suit their age and fitness level, making it safe and easy to follow. The goal is to gradually strengthen the body, improve confidence, and create long-term positive change.

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCMENT!

We are happy to inform you that Adam Miller has successfully completed our annual Dan Examination on the 20th September and has been promoted to 1st Dan Black Belt in Jissenkai Kickboxing.
This promotion was made in consideration of his knowledge and the contribution he has made to the development of the Dojo and he is the first member of Jissenkai Kickboxing to achieve the 1st Dan Black belt and also, he successfully completed 10 rounds of combat(Jiyu-men-kumite), each of which lasted one and a half minutes. Accordingly, he will be designated as a Sampai in SBKR.

are currently in their third year at the Jissenkai Kickboxing dojo and have advanced to 1st kyu brown belt, the rank prior to black belt. For this purpose, they successfully passed the grading test held on 29th April and 8th May 2024 at SBKR Glasgow Dojo.
