What a way to spend a day off 💪🏼
Starting off with a half marathon to riding a camel, a quad, learning about argan oil and finishing with a traditional Moroccan meal with a fire show !
Must be one of the best days of the year so far 💪🏼🤩

Next time you hit the leg extension machine, try this 🔥👇
1️⃣ Wrap your wrists around the handles & pull your hips into the bench
2️⃣ Drop the pin 2-3 slots lower (add more weight 😉)
3️⃣ Engage your core—tighten your stomach & press against the brace (squeeze your arms into your ribs)
4️⃣ Take a deep breath, hold it in, extend your quads & only exhale if pushing feels impossible
5️⃣ Stick with this & watch your quads explode in a few weeks 🚀🔥

Why Cardio? 🔥
As a woman, I used to think going to the gym meant CARDIO. (I’m sure most ladies can relate 😉).
I would join a gym, get on a treadmill for 45 mins, and alternate between walking fast, incline walking, or running. Then I’d leave, feeling delighted that my ‘training’ was done.
In reality, this wasn’t training. It was only one (but very IMPORTANT) aspect of exercising. Why?
Because cardio has so many benefits, and I truly believe EVERYONE should include it in their weekly routine:
✅ Better mood 😃
✅ Stronger heart ❤️ (improves circulation)
✅ More energy & stamina ⚡
✅ Better sleep 😴
✅ Lowers risk of disease 🩺 (I could go on for hours…)
So, why am I making this post?
Because while cardio is only ONE part of training, it SHOULD be done regularly. But here’s the good news—it doesn’t have to mean running for hours or joining a sports team (unless you love that).
Find something you enjoy—cycling, swimming, hiking, dancing, boxing—and make it part of your week! 💪
Your local gym will have plenty of free classes to choose from!!
Oh, and one last thing… weights are a MASSIVE part of training too, so don’t skip those either.
PS. Walking your dog DOES NOT count. 🐶 (But that’s a story for another post.)

One of my main reason I train, is my love and passion for eating ❤️
I love food so much❤️🌯
If you know me or work with me already, you know I’m either eating, talking or dreaming about food 🍗🥘🍲
I believe I would be fairly obese if I didn’t move and exercise as much as I do.
🤩So technically, training allows me to eat what I want and as much as I want (within some reason) 👀
And I know there are millions out there who love food as much as I do but they feel they can’t eat all they want because they’re already larger than they desire to be.
Here’s how the body works though…
Calories in (food) 🍔 - Calories out (movement/exercise) 🏃♀️
If you eat more than you burn, you’ll be gaining weight and visa versa.
HOWEVER
🏋🏼♀️🏋If you spend a number of years training your body to require more food to exist (get strong and lift heavy weights to increase your metabolic rate), you’ll be able to increase the amount of food you can eat without gaining weight 💪🏼
