That’s the message we got from Craig at the end of the 6 Week Shred.
6kg down.
Not because he found motivation.
Not because life got easier.
Because he kept showing up.
Session after session.
Meal after meal.
Week after week.
The difference between these photos isn’t 6 weeks.
It’s consistency.

The perfect 6 weeks doesn’t exist.
Mick proved that.
The Shred kicked off with an injury meaning training wasn’t always straightforward, and there were plenty of reasons to take the foot off the gas.
He didn’t though!
He adapted, stayed consistent and kept turning up.
The result of that speaks for itself here.
A leaner, stronger, fitter version of himself 6 weeks on.
That’s what real progress looks like.
Not perfection.
Just showing up, making adjustments when life gets in the way and keeping moving forward.
Massive credit mate 👏🔥
Stronger. Fitter. Sharper.

Mark. 82.3kg ➡️ 77.4kg.
Mr Handsome himself.
This man was on it from the start, sometimes even ahead of me with the calories 😂
He pulled through a few niggles, kept showing up, kept the nutrition tight and still managed to get his longest run ever done during the Shred alongside a few of the boys.
Outstanding work!👏
4.9kg down, looking sharp, moving better and proving what can happen when you stay consistent even when it’s not all smooth sailing.

“Don’t do it.”
That’s what Kedgie was told.
He’s been battling the toughest fight in the world for months.
The advice was to take it easy but when you get to know him you get that instant feel he’s the type of guy where if you tell him he can’t, he’s proving you wrong!
So he decided to go all in. Not because he had something to prove to anyone else.
Because he wanted to find Kedgie again.
Over the last 6 weeks he’s lost 4.7kg, built better habits, trained consistently and started matching the physical strength on the outside with the mental strength he’s shown all year.
The weight loss is impressive.
The transformation is impressive.
But the mindset is what stands out most.
The ability to keep moving forward when life gives you every reason not to.
Massive respect mate honestly 👏🧡
And as far as we’re concerned…
F**k cancer.

5.2kg down.
10kg added to his deadlift.
10kg added to his squat.
In the same 6 weeks.
Most people think they need to choose between getting lean or getting stronger.
Then there’s Jack who goes against the grain and proves you can do both by putting in the work!
Body fat: 14.7% → 7.9%
Muscle mass: +1kg
Deadlift: 160kg → 170kg
Squat: 110kg → 120kg
That’s what happens when you stop guessing and start following a plan.
Train hard.
Eat properly.
Stay accountable.
Results take care of themselves.
Unreal work Jack 🙌🏻
Now even faster, stronger and leaner which is actually mental.

Jonny. 90kg ➡️ 84.5kg.
This man is honestly non-stop.
Training always done, standards always high, and even with a holiday in the middle he still made sure the work got ticked off.
5.5kg down and the difference is clear.
Leaner, sharper and still moving like an absolute machine.
This is exactly what happens when you don’t let life get in the way, you just find a way to keep going.

What makes it even better is he’s managed it all while being a busy dad, his demanding job and working through an injury in the early stages of the process.
The man did not let that stop him though and he wasn’t for giving in 🙌🏻
