Both cardiovascular and diabetes (type2 specifically) can both be prevented by going to the gym and keeping fit.
So can High blood pressure.
Just another example of how being fit and healthy can keep you alive longer and keep safer.

Hey guys. Lets talk about mindful eating. As you know im not one of those PT's that will put you on some crazy diet. But i will tell you to think and chose better foods. Be mindful of what you eat, how much you eat and when.

Lets be honest. Its that time of year and the likelyhood of you falling out of sorts with your diet is high.
So heres how you can apply some damage control so you dont lose results.
1: Hydration. This is a basic standard and i mean with water, not vodka, tequila or rum
2: Instead of winging it. Get your ass in the kitchen and prep at least 3 meals for the week.
3: You aint gotta go crazy and cut all your carbs completely. Everything in moderation.
4: Having said that you should have things in moderation i am a firm beliver in no days on or off. Just eat healthy. You dont need a cheat day. If you want a small bit of chocolate have it. But in moderation.
5: No 1500 calorie cuts. You'll become malnourished.
6: Following on from 4 and 5 with the foods you eat and meal prep, please set out correct portions. Your plate does not need to look like Mount Kilimanjairo

So heres hows this works, the exercises that you can see have a letter on them are a super set so perfom them one after the other then take your rest.
If there is no letter then complete it as a single exercise 😉

A lot of people struggle with food, their diet. Some eat the right foods but the wrong portions and then get disheartened when they dont get the right results. Well below is a diagram for how the food on your plate should look.
As you can see the section containing rice is a lot smaller than youd think and the veg side a lot larger.
