Camping in Scotland, (or anywhere in the UK come to think of it), always means embracing the weather, whatever the day brings. That's why having a cosy space like this to come back to, makes all the difference to an adventure. This is Vivian, complete with a stunning elevated roof, as well as all the creatures comforts of home.

Bornwildvans.co.uk 2.0. launched today!
We're excited to announce our new website has officially launched. We're really happy with how it turned out and excited to see how visitors old and new will respond to it.
There's a heap of new content and features to make it that much easier for everyone to understand exactly what, how and why we do what we do. Among our favourites are the stories of some of our clients and friends who kindly wrote us a feature or two about their van conversion journeys.

We've rebranded and our new improved website will be launched very soon!
Those of you who know Dan and I will know how committed we are to our craft and how hard we've worked to make Born Wild Vans what it is today. That's why both our brand and our website are so important to us, and why we recently made the big decision to replace both of these key components to our company.
You could say that neither our current website or our old branding warrants such a change, and it's true both of these have served us well so far, but we both agreed it was high time to up our game.
We both wanted to be 100% confident in our image as a company and to carefully consider our values and what we represent and offer to the industry and our clients. For us this has been a refining process, and has given us the confidence that we've paid attention to even the smallest details, and now have a solid platform to launch into new success. We're grateful for all those who've helped us on this journey, and we hope you'll be just as excited as we are by the results!

This lovely review just came in from one of our recent clients, who was so generous with her praise, we've even had to slim it down for this longer than usual post:
" I'd been searching for a company to build me a van for quite a while. I was looking for something specific, and catered for my needs and the fact that I have 2 dogs that come everywhere with me. I couldn't find anyone that was interested in doing an entirely bespoke build, until I spoke to Born Wild Vans. They said yes to all my wacky ideas and built me the van of my dreams.
From sourcing the van, building it, delivering it, to helping me when I got stuck on my first trip, they've been superb and the quality of the build is on another level.
I live overseas so got regular updates in the form of pictures and videos to show me the progress and we had regular Zoom calls to discuss options or answer any questions I had. The distance wasn't an issue. If you are looking to get a van built, you need to speak to Born Wild Vans, especially if you are looking for something a little different. They were keen to get involved in something different and that enthusiasm lasted for the whole build. On a personal note, they are lovely, helpful and friendly guys, a real pleasure to work with!
Once you speak to them, you will know how passionate they are about what they do, and you will know that they will deliver exactly what you want to a standard that will exceed your expectations. My expectations were blown out of the water - I could not have asked for more!
Hopefully you will get inspired and reach out to Born Wild Vans - you won't regret it - promise! "
It's always good to know we're still smashing it - thanks Sue!

For those looking for a compact campervan conversion, or something simple and straightforward, we can tailor your van conversation to your needs and budget, like this example of a VW T6 high roof camper.
The clients brief for this conversion was as simple as:
* Simple and functional
* Full width pull out bed which doubles as a seat
* Mini kitchen
* Enough head room for a 6' person to use comfortably
* Overhead storage shelf over the seat with access from the rear
Here's what we came up with, proof that you don't need anything more than an empty van, a very basic idea of what would work for you, and an idea of what you'd like to spend. We can do the rest.
