Time just goes past so fast

Playing for the star was one of the best times playing footy in my life, but since then I haven't kicked a ball (f**k knows why)

One minute you're at school, then it's a job and before you know it you're already feeling old in your 30s haha madness

Adding onto that is the extra weight that comes easier when you get older and don't keep a wee eye on it

You feel just that wee bit more tired, less energy and you know you need to do something about it but you can't be arsed really

The gym just doesn't do it for you..

Well the good news is it doesn't have to be that way

Kids and Mrs need a lot of your energy, especially after you've been working hard all day

As time passes, we just keep adding a wee pound on, and before you know it, you're like...canny even see ma banger, haha

This programme should be called Come Play footy and after 90 days you'll be able to see your banger again, haha

All jokes a side this was designed for us lads to come play football, drop some timber whilst having a laugh doing it
