CBC has a large hall for any function other than 18ths holds 120 and able to hold a bouncy castle. we also have a smaller lounge which can be used. All welcome

The bowling club was originally formed in 1921 as part of the English Sewing Company workers’ recreation club. The original bowling green was situated at Cowden Hall. In 1959 the present bowling green, built by Mill workers, was opened and in the 1990’s the

Another successfull day for our yearly sponsor the J.Dempster Cup we want to thank Margaret and the Dempster family for there continued support to the club and to all who turned up. Well done to the winners Gordon and George👏
Funeral for Allan will be held the 19th of May 11am @ the Hurlet then back to Crofthead Bowling Club

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of recent member Allan Brenchley. Allan wasnt a member for long but loved his bowls and managed to win a cup in his time. He was disappointed he had to give it up due to ill health, he will be missed funeral tbc 😢
Opening day today anyone welcome why not come give it a try or have a few refreshments in the sun and a few wee songs later from 6-8 by the lovely kimberly 🌞🎶
