Just a wee reminder that classes start again on Monday 2nd October at Shawlands bowling club 7.30 - 8.30 pm. Through October we'll be focusing on healthy backs for overall wellbeing.

Back care sessions – healthy spine for overall well being

Nov – 6, 20, 27th (not 13th)
Gentle movement and deep relaxation as winter sets in we seek comfort & nourishment

Just back from a 2 day yoga retreat in Aberdeenshire - so full of ideas for classes. But also tired from the drive home - so tomorrow night's session should be interesting 😊
