DINER ASSISTANT

Part Time
(weekend availability essential)
Are you able to work in a fast paced environment and give our customers a high standard of customer care? It is essential you can work under pressure and have good communication skills.

Key Duties include: exceptional customer service, complaint handling, cash handling, stock rotation, dessert making such as crepe, waffles, sundaes, milkshakes, coffee barista and the general cleaning of the diner.

Training will be provided.

As the front of house it is essential that you are a friendly individual, well organised and have good communication skills. As a receptionist you will be required to give our customers exceptional service with great resolution skills. Duties include answering phones, replying to emails, Facebook queries and the organising and booking of birthday parties. Computer skills and previous experience is essential. General office administration required therefore Microsoft word/excel experience is preferred.

Additional training will be provided.

KITCHEN ASSISTANT/COOK

Part Time (weekend availability essential)
As the chef you will be working with the Kitchen team to produce high quality food. You will be required to work as a team and also unaccompanied. Rock n Roller is extremely busy, you will therefore require excellent organisation and communication skills. You must be able to remain calm and focused under pressure, prioritising work effectively. You will be motivated by excellent customer service and have a passion for quality to ensure the highest standards are consistently delivered.
Previous experience in this type of environment is essential.

CLEANER
Part Time (weekend availability essential)

Are you able to work in a fast paced environment and give our customers a high standard of customer care by maintaining the interior of Rock n Roller? An attention to detail is essential. Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, etc., performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities. Previous experience desired but training can be provided.
