I am BRAND NEW to this wonderfully mad tangent of sword slinging. 🤪 I’m used to hitting / holding pads, not this combat madness but I dig it a LOT!
My left wrist may be slightly injured but I can still swing with my right. 🥴😂
Three things I try to live by are … 1. don’t be scared to explore a new tangent, you never know what you’ll find. I’ve trained since I was 7, but never with weapons. 2. Being a beginner at something means the only way is up. It’s kinda vulnerable but only if you give a f**k about what the rest of the world thinks 🤪 3. Train with the best people you can find / afford, you’ll progress faster and better. I’ve always paid for top notch coaching and they’re some of the nicest folks I know. I trust them. They’ve poured themselves into their crafts and I appreciate people like that. All my Griphoose coaches, you’re aw legends 😘🤘🏻

Genuinely, I really enjoyed these. If you know me, you know I would NOT say it otherwise. 😂 Plus, they rescued me when I was up to my eyeballs in classes, clients or late-night studio efforts!
I chose 3 meals from their ‘Cut Line’ which was a chicken salad (delish!!!), a lemon herb chicken & veg dish (yum!) and a cod and quinoa dish (great!). The chicken dishes were my fave because the flavour was fantasticcc. I like a lot of flavour so that’s always gonna sway me.
They also have a Bulk Line AND a Kids Line! With additional add ons like bone broth and kimchi etc. I love my healthy food, I don’t eat s**te 😂 so I was really happy with these. And their prices are very reasonable. I also have a wee discount code ‘Lisa10’ if you fancy trying it out. I will definitely be ordering another wee batch and it’s also really cool to support a wee local company too.

Hi everyone!
Every now and again I try to get everyone together for a wee drink and some food.
I am attempting this 😂 on Sat 7th Feb!
We’ll be having some cocktails at a city centre bar really close to Central Station at 2pm. Then we’re gonna jump on over to Finnieston for some epic Italian food (where my friend is the new Head Chef at the restaurant) at around 5pm/5.30pm.
Come to one or both. Your call!

The bar also has a cancellation fee so if you say you’re coming, try to be there! I want to try and avoid all the last min cancellations. It’s only a few wee hours to see each other in person, it’s nice to do every now and again. I’m trying to do it twice a year.
The only rule is NAE WORKOOT CLOTHING! 😂
