12 Week Shred Featuring Myself…

Thoughts 💭💬

“As a trainer as a coach you should be in shape”

This you here all the time.

Do I agree? Somewhat yes, you wouldn’t work with a dentist with bad teeth would you?

What we often forget though is being a coach or a Personal Trainer is just part of who you are. If it was 💯 of you what else do you have to offer?

I have been a coach for 15 years now, changed my body my mindset and purpose more times than I care to think. I’ve also helped thousands of other men and. Women do the same.

But that’s just the surface. It’s just one or two of the skill sets I have.

Who I am:

A Dad 👴who shows up! ❤️
A partner ❤️
A friend 🕺
A mentor 🤔
A youth football volunteer coach ⚽️
A Gym owner 🏋️
A Mindset Coach for those in less fortunate circumstances.
And a pretty 💩🏌️🏌️⛳️golfer haha.

What I’ve learnt and what I believe is it’s not your image that defines who you are.

It’s your ability to show up for what matters most and have the skill set , knowledge and perseverance to put your mind to anything you want to achieve. 💥

So “A PT or couch should be in shape”

No but they should have the ability if and when it matters to be.

Life is full of changes, ups and downs moments of perfection and relapse your body is a vessel that lives it and that can change through life too.

Prioritise what matters first build resilience and don’t pander to expectations of others set your own and in your own time..

Thanks to all my team for their commitment to themselves through their journeys some you are working at life just now and that’s ok. ❤️

12 WEEK SHREDDED TO THE MAX PROGRAM RESULTS 💨💨💨😅😅😅

Her willingness to see this out was increadible. Since day one Jen followed it to the letter.

10 weeks without her beloved chocolate buttons 😂(despite me saying if it fits have it) lol.

Jen’s true commitment to herself was so admirable. Sadly 2 weeks out from this photoshoot Jen faced one of life’s biggest challenges, sadly and suddenly due to her dad’s passing. Her strength as a mum and a partner is unspeakable in so many ways. Her ability to not quit the process she wanted to see through has demonstrated how amazingly determined to see what she started out.

I know your dad would be so proud of you, not only by achieving the things you want but for the person you have become and the mother you’re to Ben. ❤️

I love you and im so proud of you. ❤️

Jordon 🔥🔥

This is exactly what hard work and dedication looks like. 12 weeks of structured training aiming to be better every session. It also demonstrates that the journey doesn’t have to be perfect for it to work, Jordon nursed a calf injury during his training for a Marathon, he’s due to be a brand new dad, selling his house and moving, works full time and runs his own bootcamps, all this makes it hard to stick to the process so it’s normal to have a few loose days here and there.. but he didn’t quit.

He doesn’t have that in him, he showed up, trained hard, helped keep everyone motivated including me.

The hard work and commitment paid off!!
