Thank you to everyone who attended our free ladies self defence class/classes!
It has been my pleasure to offer these free classes as way to help empower women of all ages, through the practice of effective Jiu-Jitsu techniques.

After running the class for the past 10 weeks, I have decided to change the format of these sessions.
My idea is instead of weekly classes, we will run the class once per month(2hr class) and each class will be limited to 20 spaces only.
All classes will have to be booked online in advance at our website ( https://www.connectionjj.com/women-only-self-defence) please note it won’t be possible to just turn up without booking.
The start date will be confirmed very soon, please check our website for details!

Dear parents

This is Scott from Connection Gracie Jiu-Jitsu.

Saturday 11th was the last kids class of the year.
Thanks everyone for the support!

We will restart in again in the new Year (date tbc) but with many changes to our current kids class format.

There will be a set curriculum for our kids program which I feel will be better suited to our students and for their progress in the art.

A White gi is required for the classes.

Every student will need to be registered with our federation as a practitioner ( cost £8 per year)

There you will be able to register for the class, sign up for membership and sign waiver( required for everyone training at our school)
