Well today is interesting!🧐🤨🤣Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness or DOMS is muscle pain and stiffness that affects your body 12-24 hours after a workout.
These symptoms typically start to get better after 72 hours.
DOMS differs from pain during exercise, which might indicate injury.
It is most common in people who have just started or returned to exercise after a long gap.
Drink plenty, water, keep moving, enjoy and embrace the feeling😂You worked hard, by week 6 you will be amazed at the lack of doms due to consistency!

It was a cold, wet Tuesday night in November, kids here there and everywhere, trains late, work still to be done, dinner still to be made, the toughest part was showing up and you did! It was all about you❤️Now for the consistency…. Jx

It’s 3 o’clock in the afternoon, WH's has just poured herself a cup of tea and tucked into her favourite pack of biscuits for a little ‘afternoon pick-me-up’.
So when she glances at her fitness to see she's only taken a meagre 764 steps by then, compared to her 6,000 when she was in the office the day before, she can't help but wonder, could working from home be impacting my health?

It’s all about you! This class will focus on all things health and fitness, a time to ask questions and to figure out your plan, the plan you maybe always wanted to make! Health and fitness is many things to many people and we will try to discover what it means to you and what could make the difference to your lifestyle! We will discuss the importance of pre and post stretching and mobility, balance and strength for the future, life outside what you think exercise is and how you can change things for the better even if your life is 100 miles an hour! The first class will be all body weight so no need for equipment! Just bring along a mat, towel, a bottle of water and armed with anything you would love to chat about! Remember we also have the added support of online coaching to keep you accountable even with your own current exercise schedule over the next few weeks and into January! Todays win! 50g of protein in this rainbow stirfry instead of a quick fix on the go! Long day ahead so i need to feel fuller for longer and know that Monday is on track after a shaky start!!

Who can benefit from online coaching?
A huge variety of people can benefit from online fitness, nutrition and lifestyle coaching . I’m one of those people myself! (I think it’s important that all coaches have their own coaches.) You may be an especially good candidate for online coaching if one or more of the following describes you:
You have a very full schedule :
You exercise when and where you want, but still get the benefit of a structured program and ongoing support from a coach. We can also be much more flexible with your exercise. Due to demanding work and personal schedules, busy kids, for example, many of our clients split their workouts into four or five 20-minute sessions per week, exercise comes in many forms not just gym or home workouts.
You want to work out at home:
You don’t need to go to a gym, if you don’t want to! Many of my clients train in their own homes for various reasons, like taking care of young children, time constraints or just simple convenience.
Online coaching is the most flexible, cost-effective way to reach your health, fitness and lifestyle goals. If you want to work out where and when it’s convenient for you – instead of relying on someone else’s location and availability – at the fraction of the cost of in-person fitness training, online coaching could be for you.
