I have some bad news my lovely Fri PiYo people.

I have to give the class up. The numbers have consistently reduced over the past few months and now my hubbies job has changed meaning I will struggle for childcare.

Unfortunately the signs are there that the class is no longer working for me.
Thank you to everyone who gave it a go, doing their very best in a tough and challenging class.

Your support during my daughters adoption process has also been amazing and greatly appreciated.

Sports direct Piyo Thurs & Yoga Sun morning and South Lanarkshire Leisure PIYO on Fri are being covered for me this week. I'm unsure about the following week at present.

As my lovely Yogis know I've got something called a spinal cord stimulator in my spine. I think the wires have moved and that why I'm having such a bad flare up and causing the pain to be soo severe. Going to th hosp tomorrow & will know more soon. I apologise for any inconvenience caused. Namaste 🙏🏻 XLx
