RIP Gary “The Heat” Murray 💔
We are saddened to learn of the passing of boxing legend and gentleman Gary Murray.
Gary was a fountain of knowledge and always great to be around. Everyone he coached at our gym during his time coaching his All Levels Boxing class and coaching with Glasgow City Boxing Club learned a lot from him.
Our thoughts are with his family and close friends at this time 🙏🏻

Trainer Focus: Lucas Iwanow 🤜🤛
Lucas hails from Poland and has been a big part of our team for many years.
Lucas started off competing under the SK Boxing Promotions banner and has now developed into a coaching role at our gym.
In addition to assisting with sessions on our timetable and coaching with Glasgow City Boxing Club, Lucas also runs sessions which are taught in Polish 🇵🇱
Lucas’ Polish Power sessions run at 8:30PM every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 🥊

Trainer Focus: Bryan McEachan 🤜🤛
Bryan hails from nearby Govan and has been a key member of our team for many years.
Bryan joined us with his Level 3 PT certification and several other qualifications under his belt. He has used this knowledge to help countless clients and he also plays a big part in assisting with our fight teams at the gym.
Bryan heads up a number of classes at the gym and is available for 1-1 / small group sessions 7 days per week. If you want a trainer who will push you to the limit and get the best out of you: Bryan is your man!
