Outstanding effort from everyone this morning at Squads. Everyone kept the energy levels high through out the duration of the whole session. Great group of folk from a few clubs all coming together to work hard and push each other to their best with all learning and growing as one team.💚🥊

This morning we also had a small tribute to one of our longest serving instructors Richard Sneddon with a minutes applause and bow out for him. Thanks to all our instructors and students who come along to pay their respects. 🙏🏻

Impressive energy and Scottish WKU Squad Training this morning.
The effort and keenness to learn was infectious.

We are a small group with a might heart.

Well done squad. We are all on the road to 2025 WKU World Championships in Germany.

Three top quality Wkuworld World Kickboxing and Karate Union and Karate Union International events that team EAK Edinburgh Assassins Kickboxing and WKU Scotland will be attending.
