Day 3 100 skip for Dementia UK
Just me practicing before I start my new challenge, which as from the 1st of April. I will be doing 100 Skips a Day Challenge.
What is the 100 Skips a Day Challenge?
The 100 Skips a Day Challenge is a fundraising event that involves skipping 100 times each day to support a variety of cause and I have chosen to skip for Dementia to help raises awareness and funds for people affected by dementia.

Lifestyle Change 🫡
Forget the quick fix they don't work, the only things that work is hard work and dedication.

But always remember this, the changes you’re making, your future self will thank you for it.
