When you think your going for a lovely meal alongside the beautiful wife to be - only to discover it’s your surprise stag 🤣
You pesky lot being super quiet and keeping this away from me. Seeing my friends, my brothers and my dad and uncle together truly made me feel happy and loved!
Now I’m gingerly trying to clean the gym for tomorrow seeing I left it a tip finishing the reception area 😂

We visited our first sandy beach trip in a long time. Samson decided the sea was dangerous so wanted to give it a nibble 😂🥰

Few days off the social media to let sink in. After 18 months of no competitions in person and uncertainty throughout those times, I look battered, weathered and tired. But believe me it doesn’t mean I’m not hungry, committed and driven to give my all for my team.
We have members enter their first ever CrossFit events, nervous, anxious, scared even - and I knew ALL of those feelings from multiple situations. To have those feelings can come from a good place, because your about to embark on the unknown of what your able to accomplish when your pushed to your physical and mental limits - and that great to do.
It’s how we grow, it’s how we learn, and doing it alongside likeminded people can give you a sense of belonging. At Rainhill, everyone earned the right to be there and my god did they show that. I was proud to see them get their little personal wins and extra proud to see the support the brought to the fold. I’m honoured to call them my friends.
Big thank you to everyone who came and was lovely to hang with and throughout the event 😊

It’s been a joyous year with much success for all of our members, and signs that the hard work paid off with results in competitions and feedback from everyone.
2019 was a monumental year personally and we can only thank all of the team, past and present, for the memories and future ones to come. Right now is a great time to reflect and be thoughtful on achievements, rather than what could of been.
We plan on delivering more content, giving more workouts for our followers to get involved in, helping the community on a grander scale and evolving as a brand.

May Bank Holiday is giving you more time to reset for the summer months ahead and we felt like giving you a sneak peak into some of out training programs we designed for our online programming 😁
Have a FREE QuickWOD Bodyweight Edition. A fast 15 minute workout based at home or within your gym that can be done in a small space. Our intent today is to push for quality rather than speed - how do we do that - go STRICT FORM!
15 minute ascending rep ladder of :
1 Strict Pull Up or 1 Strict Ring Row - scale at level
2 Push Ups or 2 Hand Release Push Ups
3 Air Squats
(reps shall increase by the original rep range every round)
RD 1 - 1/2/3
RD 2 - 2/4/6
RD 3 - 3/6/9
RD 4 - 4/8/12
Hopefully you get the flow now ☺️! Scores are by totally rounds complete and total reps of incomplete round. Havs a challenge below in the comments and tag a friend to see if you can beat them in the Monday May Day Challenge 🤙
(NOTE - Strict Pull up maybe limited to bar so if that's the case no harm substituting in a burpee instead.....humans LOVE burpees)
