Mindful Monday 4 - ‘The Importance of Speaking'
At Strathclyde Fencing Club, we think mindfulness and mental well-being is very important and that everyone is entitled to support, regardless of their gender, race or background. This is why every Monday during term time we’ll be here to offer you tips, guidance and advice on some of the common issues and topics you may encounter at university.
The fourth topic is a good one, at a time when university students are settling in and forging new connections. It is useful to understand the importance of speaking to friends old and new, and how this can make lives more fulfilled, and you a more well rounded and informed person. Always aim to be your best self!
Note that the last slide will always detail where you can find support and links to each of the organisations mentioned can be found below. Please remember you can get in touch at any time by messaging, emailing or chatting to our Welfare Officer or committee for any concerns or to get support at club level. You are not alone!
Until then, see you again next Monday Strathclyders! 🫶🤺
