⚾ SNBL This Sunday ⚾

Two big games to look forward to this Sunday!

The Comets welcome the Galaxy for what should be another competitive matchup.

Glasgow AAA are also at home as they take on the Devils, looking to keep building momentum as the season rolls on.

If the weather behaves itself for once, it should be a great day for baseball. ☀️⚾

Get down and support if you can.

🌧️⚾ Cancelled ⚾🌧️

Tonight’s scrimmage and youth baseball sessions are off.

The field is wet.
The sky is wet.
Everything is wet.

Hopefully training tomorrow, assuming we’re not all living underwater by then. We’ll keep you posted!

⚾ SNBL Week 8 Results ⚾

Two competitive games for the Glasgow sides this weekend.

Comets 10 Eclipse 8

After their last meeting ended level, there was little to separate the teams once again. Eclipse pushed the reigning champions all the way, but Comets managed to edge it in the end.

Glasgow AAA 1 Breakers 10

AAA found themselves up against some strong pitching from the Breakers and couldn’t quite get the bats going on the day.

Plenty to build on as we head into the next round of fixtures. ⚾

⚾ Glasgow Stars 🤝 Edinburgh Giants ⚾

A brilliant day of youth baseball as the Glasgow Stars and Edinburgh Giants came together for games, drills, and plenty of fun.

The Stars came away with wins in both games, 18-15 and 12-7, but the real highlight was seeing so many young players developing their skills, growing in confidence, and enjoying the game.

There were great catches, big hits, and lots of encouragement from teammates throughout the day. Most importantly, everyone left having played plenty of baseball and with a few more memories made.

A huge thank you to the Edinburgh Giants Youth Baseball for making today possible and helping create such a positive day for youth baseball in Scotland.

The future of the game is in good hands. ⭐⚾

⚾ SNBL Week 8 ⚾

Another big Sunday ahead.

Eclipse and Comets meet again after last week’s hard fought draw. With both sides feeling they could have come away with the win, the rematch should be a good one.

Glasgow AAA host the Breakers as they look to continue their strong run of form.

⚾ SNBL Result Week 7⚾

Comets 5 @ Eclipse 5

The only game of the weekend ended all square after a tight contest between the Comets and Eclipse.

Both sides traded runs throughout in a competitive game played in tough heat at Tollcross.

Plenty of good moments from both teams and definitely one that could have gone either way.

⚾ This Sunday ⚾

Just one game on the schedule this weekend, but it’s a good one.

For the first time ever, the Glasgow Eclipse take on the reigning champions, the Glasgow Comets.

New team vs established champions. Same city. Same field.

⚾ SNBL WEEK 6 ⚾

Another big weekend ahead for the Glasgow sides.

Glasgow AAA head to Morgan Playing Fields for the first time to face the Rays again after coming out on top in the first matchup. They’ll be hoping for more of the same.

Eclipse are back at home against the Breakers. Last time these two met, Eclipse walked it off to secure their first ever win. Can they do it again?

Galaxy make the trip through to Edinburgh to face the Knights once more, looking for a different result this time around.

Should be a good one across the board. ⚾
