A lot of people aren’t really sure what online coaching actually involves.
Some think it’s just being given a plan and expected to get on with it.
That’s not how I coach.
The best way to describe it is like having a PT in your pocket.
You’ve got structure and guidance, but also support when you need it.
We also have regular check-ins and face-to-face calls, so you’re not doing it on your own.
If something isn’t working, we adjust it.
If life gets busy, we work around it.
That’s what helps people stay consistent.
If this sounds like something that would suit you, just drop me a message. We can chat and see what might work for you🤩

There were so many weeks during my journey where I nearly stopped.
Not because I didn’t want to change things.
But because life got busy, I was tired, or it just felt harder than I expected.
At the time, those weeks felt like I was going backwards.
Like I wasn’t doing enough.
But looking back now, they were some of the most important weeks.
Because I didn’t stop.
I kept going in some way, even if it wasn’t perfect.
That’s what builds progress over time.

Something I’ve noticed both in my own journey and with clients is that there’s a stage of fitness nobody really talks about.
At the start, everything feels exciting.
New routine.
New motivation.
Lots of energy to change things.
But after a while, that excitement naturally fades.
Progress slows down a bit.
Life gets busy again.
Motivation isn’t as strong as it was.
This is usually the point where people think they’ve done something wrong.
In reality, this stage is completely normal.
It’s just the point where consistency becomes more important than excitement.
And this is where the real progress happens🤩🤩🙌🏻🙌🏻
When I first started trying to lose weight, I genuinely believed I had to do everything perfectly for it to work.
Perfect training.Perfect food.Perfect consistency.
Real life obviously had other ideas.
There were weeks I missed sessions.
Weeks where things didn’t go to plan at all.
And every time that happened, I’d think“Well that’s it ruined.”
Looking back now, the weeks that mattered most weren’t the perfect ones.
They were the weeks I kept going anyway.
That’s something I remind my clients of all the time now.
Progress doesn’t come from perfect weeks.
It comes from staying in the game🙌🏻🙌🏻

The people who make the biggest changes aren’t always the most confident.
They’re the ones who decide they’re tired of staying stuck
They don’t suddenly become fearless.
They don’t suddenly feel ready.
They just decide to take one step.
And that step creates movement.
Movement builds belief.
Belief changes everything.
You don’t need certainty to begin.
You just need a starting point.

People don’t start because they feel confident.
They start because they finally feel understood.
They realise they don’t need to have everything figured out.
They just need somewhere safe to begin.
That’s why starting matters so much.

Most people don’t need more pressure.
They need the opposite.
They need someone to meet them where they are.
Someone to simplify things.
Someone to help them take the next step — not every step.
That’s what support looks like.
Not intensity.
Not extremes.
Just guidance, consistency, and patience.
That’s how confidence grows
