Ultramarathon Complete ๐ฅ
What a day running the 50km in Stirling.
The route was stunning, the hills were not!
Delighted to finish in 22nd overall and 11th in my age category, proving the point that we can indeed do hard things ๐ช

Had a blast running the today!
Turns out pushing your limits comes with someโฆ unexpected consequences (swipe to the end ๐ฉธ)
Totally worth it though! Amazing atmosphere, great crowd, and proud to have pushed through to the end with a cheeky PB as well!

Smashed a 6 minute PB at the Edinburgh Kilomathon!
Absolutely buzzing after todayโs race, shaved a full 6 minutes off my previous time! The course was amazing, and the legs somehow kept going. Edinburgh never disappoints, and today was no exception.
Onwards to the next challenge but first, a well-earned rest (and maybe a cheeky pint).

The Winter Warmer Didnโt Disappointโฆ
Amazing morning at the Glasgow Winter Warmer, managed to chip 2 minutes off my previous 5k and got a cheeky top 10 place.
Couldnโt have done it without the support of and some rather spicy sessions ๐ถ๏ธ
Time to set some new targets ๐ฏ

Think back to when you got your stabilisers taken off your wee bikeโฆ
You fell one way ๐ค
Then the other ๐ค
A few scraped knees later ๐ค
And your on your way ๐ฒ
Just because one diet may have not worked for you doesnโt mean your destined to hate how you look ๐ฒ
If you have one day thatโs not perfect itโs not an excuse to just press the f@ck it button.
If you got a puncture in one tyre you wouldnโt just go and stab the other ๐คฆโโ๏ธ
Youโve got to understand why it didnโt work, what could you have done to learn from the situation so that you can manage it better the next time๐ค
