**No Broadway Boogie tonight 😌 but CLUBBERCISE IS STILL 7PM
SCOTLAND SEES 17 MINUTES OF SUNSHINE AND EVERYBODY LOSES THEIR 💩AND FORGETS THEY HAD FITNESS GOALS ☀️😂
Listen… you do NOT need to stop moving just because it’s warm outside.
At classes during hotter weather:
• We lower the intensity when needed
• We take extra water breaks
• If possible, we’ll head outside into the community centre grounds for fresh air, sunshine & a breeze
• You go at YOUR pace
But what we’re NOT doing is letting a bit of sun undo all the hard work you’ve put in 💚
Why keeping active in warmer weather matters:
• Keeps your energy levels up
• Supports your mood & mental health
• Helps prevent that sluggish, bloated “I’ve fallen off track” feeling
• Keeps your routine consistent
• Your body actually adapts better to heat when you stay active & hydrated
Drink your water. Wear lighter clothes. Pace yourself.
But the sunshine is not an excuse to disappear until September 😏
Do your body a favour and stop your nonsense 🤪. Your future self will thank you for showing up anyway 🌞✨Don’t make summer an excuse to stop ✋🏻
