New year, new block of work...💪

Had a chance to reflect on the lads I’ve coached — most came in with no boxing experience, just ready to learn and put the effort in.

We’ve covered the basics properly: stance, guard, footwork, combinations, and control.
Some are now ready to move on to controlled sparring because they’ve earned it through consistency and discipline.

Apologies if I’ve missed anyone — I don’t have the phone storage to save every pic or video for everyone, but the work hasn’t gone unnoticed.🫡

This is what real change looks like.
When Paul first came to me, he was 25 stone.

He was stuck in a negative mindset due to low confidence feeling depressed and In pain. Struggling to even walk to the fridge without his back and legs hurting.
Fast forward ⏩

✅ Over 10 stone lost
✅ Off medication
✅ Mentally stronger
✅ Physically fitter than he’s been in years

This wasn’t a “quick fix”.
