🎈Kids yoga will be coming back to The Wee Retreat from next month with Natalie at the helm. Classes will run on Mondays afterschool from 4pm until 5pm. Kids are welcome to come and get changed at the centre straight from school. The six week block will begin on Monday 7th November and cost Β£48 for the whole block. πŸ‘§πŸΏ

The class is suitable for children aged 5-10 years but if your child is older / younger then please get in touch with Natalie to see if there's anything else available.πŸ‘§πŸΌ

A lovely animation demonstrating how children can to use facts / logic to combat anxiety. When facts / logic don’t work I find simple breathing techniques, relaxation and positive affirmations the way forward.

Join me this Monday (27th April) for a NEW Meditation for Modern Minds course (7-8.30pm) on Zoom.

This is a structured course, which will run over three weeks and is suitable for beginners.

The overall cost of the three week course is Β£45. Through the course, we will explore a variety of meditation and mindfulness techniques, plus everyone will receive a recording of each guided meditation, with the aim that you use these to practice daily.

Meditation has been a vital pillar to my own self-care, health and wellbeing during COVOID19. It has helped me to stay grounded, to reconnect to my inner wisdom and strength and has supported my relaxation and perspective in these challenging times.

If your inner voice says "hahaha I could never mediate", I once also told myself the same thing. The tools and techniques I will share with you are beautifully restorative and for me, life-changing.
